Responsibilities - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials - Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing work areas - Support production teams by providing necessary tools and equipment - Assist with quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively - Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in a production environment - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join our team as a Plant Support and contribute to the success of our plant operations.
