Position - Rosetta Sales in Gulf Coast Region Reports to Martha Hill The position:
Build brand and sales success within the target market in Gulf Coast Region including I-10 corridor, in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama, and other markets as needed.
Creates partnerships with designers and contractors in the market that drives revenue and profits.
Manages customer relationships and the entire sales process from initial contact to collection of the sales orders.
Initially aligns with an installation contractor that allows Earthscape Supply to provide sole source functions on selected projects as the market matures.
Responsibilities include Builds market awareness Serves as a trusted partner to designers and contractors Establishes and meets sales goals and objectives Overcomes objections and delivers the compelling reason why wet cast beats dry cast.
Sells based on a superior product --- not price.
Provides a weekly activity report to Canton Assist specifiers to include the Rosetta product line in upcoming projects Provide weekly reporting of pallets quoted and pallets sold into Pipedrive Maintain data of the Gulf Coast sales pipeline to assist production feedback.
Be aggressive with the sales pipeline Produce Sales quotes, present opportunities and submit to Canton Provide support to customers installing our products Offer $4000 per month salary, Commission 5% of order gross profit less freight Provide a company vehicle.
