SummaryThe HR Coordinator reports to the HR Supervisor.
This role will primarily be responsible for providing overall HR and administrative support to the HR Generalists including, maintaining, and managing HR documents and records, maintaining personnel records.

oAssists with implementation of HR Systems and Company Policy and ProceduresoMaintains HR related vendor filesoAssist with implementation of HR systemsoActing as a liaison between employees, corporate HR / Administration, and other providersoResolving or escalating benefits-related problemsoAssisting with administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminationsoAssisting with the performance review and termination processesoSupport HR Manager in educating employees on and enforcing company policiesoHelp with new-hire procedures:
including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate personsoOrganize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as neededoMake sure all health and safety regulations are followedoAssist in the employee termination procedures including advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled tooMake sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidentialoAbide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulationsoUpdate and keep employee records current.
oHelp supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluationoMaintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.
)oCalculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
with assistance of a computer systemoKeep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
oResearch and email appropriate audience of file issuesoMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
