The purpose of this position is to support the Customer Service, Shipping and Transportation departments in one of our Distribution Centers.
Interface with a variety of internal and external contacts to resolve transportation issues
Dispatch and expedite shipments
Process orders
Update systems
Maintain reports
Audit shipping documents
Trace packages
## Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years experience in a transportation/customer service organization
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Ability to use mainframe systems
Additional Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal, written and listening communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
